Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are sometimes required for overseas tourists to secure a booking. Please note that not all customers are required to pay a deposit.

Who Needs to Pay a Deposit?

Almost repeat customers do not need to pay a deposit.

A deposit is required if any of the following apply to your reservation.

  • First-time tourists booking on weekends or public holidays.
  • First-time customers booking a some menus over 3 hours.
  • Last-minute bookings made the night before or on the same day. (Frist time customers)
  • Frist time bookings during busy seasons (March, April, and December).

Example: If you are a first-time tourist booking a haircut at 2:00 PM on a weekday in June, no deposit is required.

Booking & Payment Process

  • Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit is paid.
  • How to Pay: We will send a payment link via Messenger, Email, or SNS after you make an online booking.
  • Check Your Inbox: If you do not see our email, please check your spam folder.
  • Payment Deadlines:
    • Standard bookings: Within 12 hours of receiving the link.
    • Last-minute bookings: Within 3 hours.

    If payment is not received within these timeframes, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

  • On the Day: The deposit will be deducted from your total fee at the salon.
  • System Fee: A separate system fee (500 JPY – 1,000 JPY) is charged. This fee is not part of the deposit and is non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the timing of your cancellation. Please note that system fees are non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Lateness

  • Rescheduling: You may change your appointment date or time up to 2 days before your visit.
  • Late Changes: If you request a change 1 day before or on the day of your appointment, 50% of your deposit will be deducted.
  • Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to provide the service. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Public Transport Delays: If you are delayed due to public transportation issues, please be sure to contact us. In such cases, we may still be able to accommodate you even if you are more than 15 minutes late.
